Bombastic Bag Man Minifigures is 100% compatible with the major brand building toys in the market.

Bombastic Bag-Man is an alternate identity of Spider-Man (Peter Parker) from Marvel Comics, featuring a humorous and over-the-top take on the character.

Origin:
During the "Identity Crisis" storyline (1998), Spider-Man adopted four different personas to throw off his enemies. One of them was Bombastic Bag-Man—a goofy, exaggerated version of himself wearing the Fantastic Four's unstable molecule suit (given to him by Reed Richards) along with a paper bag over his head (to hide his identity) and a "KICK ME" sign on his back (placed by the Human Torch as a prank).
